Job Summary:

Prime Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing syndicated lending transactions, processing transfer certificates, and reviewing credit risk insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfer certificates and approve related terms, conditions, and guarantee information
  • Review and manage credit risk insurance policies
  • Provide a seamless conduit between front and back office operations
  • Review new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements, and trade confirmations
  • Experience working on Trade Finance business is beneficial, with knowledge and previous use of LoanIQ a plus

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of LMA standards and supporting documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
