About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional in LMA loan documentation to join our team as an Assistant Vice President in the Execution Control Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a pivotal role in transaction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve all lending documentation for new business transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Validate and approve loan terms, guarantees, and risk mitigating documents such as Credit Risk Insurance and Risk Participation agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-execution operational support, reviewing lending documentation for systematic booking requirements.
  • Ensure that all pre-conditions are satisfied before transaction funding and drawdown.
  • Maintain quality control of credit limit data input to support accurate internal and external regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments across EMEA, ensuring effective communication and adherence to service level agreements.
About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can work well in a collaborative team environment. You will have significant experience in financial services, with exposure to the syndicated loan market, and a comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and the Loan Market Association guidelines.
