- Salary: £13.80-£ plus an additional £3000 - £6000 annually for sleep-in shifts (approximately 4-8 sleep-ins per month)

Role Responsibilities:
- Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing a secure and nurturing environment for children and young people, under the guidance of a Service Manager and Registered Manager.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services and strategic planning for enhancements within the home, managing all daily operational matters.
- Lead a team alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's needs, focusing on achieving optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a positive role model for colleagues and children, addressing their daily living requirements and fostering trusting relationships that promote recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Supervise and mentor staff, organize work schedules, facilitate care-focused training, and access relevant services to enhance childcare practices within the home.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Residential Children's home setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People/Children's Residential Workforce.
- Familiarity with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding protocols.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience managing budgets and staff schedules.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Willingness to work shifts and participate in sleep-in duties.
