Key Responsibilities


• Providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach


• Product application and technical support to customers and colleagues on exciting and new product development, focused on the Aftermarket & Fleet business throughout Brigade Group.


• Troubleshooting and customer support


• Technical solutions engineering


• Preparation of technical documentation including CAD technical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions


• In-house assembly/modification of products


• Preparation, maintenance, and reporting of technical details for application installations/projects.


• Support the development of a technical database for Brigade products.


• Provide technical information and support in the preparation of quotes/tender documentation, business development, and initial fittings.


• Support Business Development Managers technically in quote support and business development and initial fittings


• Lead training programs for internal and external customers
