Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar sales leadership role, preferably in a technology niche, with a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  2. Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a strong ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, driving business growth and revenue.
