Position Overview
We are looking for skilled Lead Project Coordinators to join our Defence sector teams across the UK. In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects, both domestically and internationally. You will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to innovation and delivering state-of-the-art solutions. While primarily based in the UK, occasional short-term international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing and delivering capital investment projects. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing daily project operations, including contract management, client relations, and financial oversight.
- Engaging positively with construction and design teams to collaboratively address risks and prevent disputes.
- Maintaining comprehensive records to facilitate prompt responses to emerging issues, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Providing client-side project management support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial studies to contract administration.
You will leverage your professional network and actively participate in industry events. Additionally, you may take on Line Management responsibilities, where you will inspire and mentor team members.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in client-side project management, including stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and contract oversight.
- Ability to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project management outputs, adhering to established quality standards.
- Facilitate the coordination and approval of all management information produced by the project management team prior to dissemination.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts or similar frameworks, along with commercial acumen.
- Strong collaborative management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant industry experience, particularly within the Government Sector.
- Willingness to work at various sites across the UK, including those requiring security clearance.
