Job Title: Brand Creative Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Creative Designer to join our Branding and Communication Team in Richmond. As a Brand Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual communications to engage, influence, and inform Derivco employees, drive business results, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design internal communication materials (newsletters, emails, intranet content, posters, presentations, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain the internal brand identities (campaigns, initiatives, and product brands) and guidelines
  • Collaborate with writers, internal comms specialists, event coordinators, and other creatives to produce graphic content for internal communication
  • Conduct research to understand the Derivco target audience, its products, company strategy, principles, and values, and industry trends before creating any communication assets
  • Graphic design principles, fundamentals, and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Branding and visual identity principles
  • Familiar with digital communication tools and platforms
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or internal communications
  • Portfolio showcasing creative, effective design solutions for internal communications
