Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reassurance and support to guests, ensuring they feel at home during their stay
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways to deliver soulful hospitality
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Manage guest interactions, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in hotels, student living, hostels, or build-to-rent accommodation
  • Self-sufficiency, with minimal direction and day-to-day management required
  • Technical proficiency, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a can-do attitude
