TPF Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading firm of chartered accountants in Sevenoaks, Kent. As a key member of the tax team, you will report directly to the partners and have the opportunity to oversee the office's compliance and advisory corporate tax services.
The successful candidate will service a client portfolio of owner-managed businesses across Kent, London, and the Southeast, with turnovers up to circa £100m. You will work closely with the tax team to provide holistic advice to clients and have the support of an experienced team of partners. The position offers excellent progression prospects and a relaxed and friendly working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare complex corporate tax returns.
- Support clients with specific projects, including RD, Patent Box, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Transactional work, Restructuring, and Share Schemes.
- Build and develop client relationships across the portfolio.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- Provide support and training to junior colleagues.
Requirements:
- ATT/CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Practice experience in a Corporate or Mixed tax-focused position is essential.
- 5+ years of experience within an accountancy practice.
