Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans to meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Provide direction to project teams, including sub-contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure project compliance with local authority and statutory provisions for Streetworks legislations.
  • Manage resource requirements and productivity to meet project objectives.
  • Take ownership of commercial aspects of contracts and ensure financial stability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project performance.
  • Develop and manage project programs to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage supply chain performance to meet key contract objectives.
  • Ensure project resources are allocated effectively.
  • Act as a key advocate for the contract with senior representatives from local authorities and clients.
Requirements:
  • Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensure project delivery in a Safe, Quality, and On-Time manner.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory measures applicable to the works and operations.
  • NRSWA and CSCS certifications.
  • IOSHH/NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
  • Good communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Extensive working knowledge and supervisory experience on the Openreach network.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
