Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead mission-based strategic project teams responsible for introducing new products, technologies, and processes, as well as major updates to existing infrastructure based on overall company strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, executing, and managing various continuous improvement projects, tool upgrades, or other projects related to key business initiatives.
- Developing project plans from vision to execution using industry best practices within the TDW framework.
- Performing analysis and review post-project implementation to identify potential issues and bottlenecks.
- Working with project owners to develop charters and success measures in support of project business cases.
- Developing plans and managing project reporting in the enterprise's PPM tool.
- Collaborating with various teams throughout the organization to achieve project objectives, working with third-party vendors and/or suppliers when needed.
- Conducting project status meetings to drive deliverables and manage impacts to the project plan.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with internal customers by understanding and responding to their needs and requirements.
- Planning, tracking, and communicating project progress to stakeholders and organizational leadership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and ten plus (10+) years of project management experience or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Advanced knowledge of pipeline operations.
- Project management process-oriented with previous engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including project management package software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work in a team on fast-moving projects.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in guiding technical decisions.
- Ability to speak English required; ability to speak Spanish would be beneficial.
