Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead mission-based strategic project teams responsible for introducing new products, technologies, and processes, as well as major updates to existing infrastructure based on overall company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans incorporating deliverables from multiple functional areas, including sales, engineering, information technology, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with project owners to develop charters and success measures in support of project business cases.
  • Manage project reporting in the enterprise's PPM tool and track project progress to stakeholders and organizational leadership.
  • Collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to achieve project objectives and work with third-party vendors and/or suppliers when needed.
  • Conduct project status meetings to drive deliverables and manage impacts to the project plan.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal customers by understanding and responding to their needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and ten plus (10+) years of project management experience or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of pipeline operations and project management process-oriented with previous engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including project management package software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to speak English required; ability to speak Spanish would be beneficial.
