We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care and Education Professional to join our team at Dilston College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and care of our young people, who come to us with a wide range of needs and difficulties.

Our team is committed to helping our young people build hope, confidence, knowledge, and skills to unlock their potential. We achieve this through innovative educational experiences, national curriculum programmes, and supported by passionate teams of specialists and key workers.

We are looking for a Care and Education Professional who is passionate about improving the lives of others, a positive and consistent role model, innovative, engaging, enthusiastic, and inspirational. You will be a calm and listening person with a mature, supportive approach, flexible in working shift patterns on a rota basis to suit your needs.

Essential qualifications include a Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification and previous care experience. A driving license is preferable, but not essential.

We offer a fully supported 6-month probationary period, including a mentor and line manager to help you get the best start to your career at Dilston College. We also offer a Level 3 RQF Child and young person's workforce qualification, free of charge.

Cambian will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates as part of a safeguarding check. This check will be purely based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
