Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities to develop life skills and independence
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
