Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Territory Manager

Location: Home-based with travel throughout the region

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the North/North West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites throughout the region to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Installation and commissioning of new systems, including electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide technical support to customers.
  • Provide sales support and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in field service, preferably in an electro-mechanical field.
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond well to change and pressure, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a personable approach and ability to communicate at all levels to develop long-standing customer relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating platforms (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently to resolve customer issues.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience servicing analytical equipment, with some knowledge of the water industry an advantage.
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer care and willing to travel extensively.
  • Good English skills, both verbal and written.
