Job Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a skilled Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely parcel delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parcels from our 3.5-tonne vans
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect parcels from customers and return them to the depot
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Held a full UK driving license and had regular driving experience for 12 months or more
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
