Senior Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Therapist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acquired communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Conduct videofluoroscopy clinics to assess swallowing function
- Participate in clinical training for speech and language therapy students
- Contribute to the development of the speech and language therapy service
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- Registration with the Health Professions Council
- Postgraduate training in communication disorders and aphasia therapy
- Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
- Experience working with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
