Job Opportunity:

A highly skilled and dedicated individual is sought to provide comprehensive support to a globally recognized Artist. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a creative environment, ensuring the Artist's professional obligations and personal life are balanced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to the Artist's creative team, developing a thorough understanding of ongoing projects to act on behalf of the client when necessary.

• Facilitate the creative process by effectively managing resources, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring all necessary tools and environments are available.

• Ensure the Artist's schedule is optimized for well-being and creativity, ring-fencing time for personal activities.

• Handle day-to-day communications with the Artist's team and collaborators, ensuring seamless coordination across projects.

• Coordinate logistics for the Artist's home and studio, arranging travel, accommodation, and personal appointments.

• Preserve the Artist's privacy, maintaining a mindful approach to paparazzi and security needs related to logistics.

• Provide critical support during tour periods, assisting with travel, logistics, dressing room, and backstage arrangements.

• Facilitate an orderly personal life, arranging appointments, prioritizing well-being, liaising with household staff, and organizing home life.

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for innovative art, music, and culture.

• Willingness to build a trusting professional relationship with the Artist and commit to the role for the long-term.

• Highly discrete approach, able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy at all times.

• Commitment to high standards and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment.

• Adaptability to different time zones and non-standard working hours.

• Prepared to travel at short notice and for potentially long periods.

• Ability to understand the Artist's needs and ensure optimal availability for work.

• Multi-tasking abilities with excellent organizational skills.
