As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will lead our colleagues, maintain quality standards, and oversee health and safety protocols. Your excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and 'can do' attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with members and seeking opportunities to upsell.
  • Lead and motivate colleagues, maintaining high-quality standards in all areas.
