Product Strategy Consultant (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Consultant to join our Advised Product Team on a 6 month fixed-term basis. As a senior management advisor, you will play a key role in defining the strategic direction for the future development of our advised product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Product Director and Advised MD in developing strategic plans for the advised product suite.
  • Collaborate with our product and development teams to guide decision-making in delivering product strategy.
  • Establish routines to measure the effectiveness of our product delivery and implementation.
  • Provide clear and coherent reporting to the Product Director and Advised MD on the progress of key initiatives, blockers, and challenges.
  • Guide the marketing teams to support the launch of products and features, ensuring key messages are understood and embedded in relevant plans.
  • Conduct industry horizon-scanning and strategic planning to support the future growth of the business and capture potential new product lines or opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in developing UK-based adviser platform solutions at senior management level.
  • Knowledge and experience of digital development of platform-type services and working with development and delivery teams.
  • Deep marketing and distribution support knowledge, taking new products to market and supporting the effective sale of products to users.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective analytic skills, able to work with complex data sets.
  • Effective report writing and presentation skills.
