Role Overview

The Strategic HR Partner plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration with functional leaders, translating specific business objectives into effective people strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of HR programs and services that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of a localized people strategy to bolster the success of the business unit while providing leadership support to senior management and their teams.
  • Maintain a strategic partnership with business leaders, utilizing data-driven insights to offer guidance and challenge assumptions, thereby enhancing the people strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with country HR teams to achieve people and business objectives in alignment with the broader country strategy.
  • Oversee performance management processes, continuously evaluating the effectiveness of people initiatives to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
  • Lead business partnership efforts for managers, addressing employee attraction, development, and retention challenges, including conducting annual reviews and providing leadership coaching.
  • Contribute to organizational design projects, streamlining and implementing new structures and processes that enhance efficiency and responsiveness to changing business needs.
  • Facilitate consultation and collaboration across various HR functions, ensuring comprehensive feedback and integration of people issues.
  • Coach managers on HR policies and processes, including organizational design, change management, and talent management, to foster a culture of engagement and continuous development.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in Business Partnering and Consulting
  • Strong Stakeholder Management abilities
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Experience in Organisation Design
  • Proficiency in Change Management

It is preferable to hold a CIPD qualification or be actively pursuing one.
