About UsWith nearly three decades of experience, our company has established itself as a trusted name in the industry, managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties for landlords and private clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a portfolio of 80 to 100 properties to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct thorough inspections before and during tenancies to maintain property standards.
- Manage maintenance requests through our software system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to expedite necessary repairs.
- Handle insurance claims and liaise with utility and council tax companies on behalf of landlords.
- Monitor certification expirations and arrange for necessary renewals, including Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates.
- Perform annual property inspections and compile detailed reports for landlords.
- Assist in the check-out process for tenants, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support the head of property management with administrative tasks and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management.
- Strong organizational and computer skills; familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is a commission structure in place for property inspections, allowing for additional earnings.
