About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our children and young people towards a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of residential care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent.
  • Experience of working within and leading a team.
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours).
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends).
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system.
