About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious New Business Director to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our light commercial vehicle rental solutions to businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light commercial vehicle market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer sites.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a strong understanding of the light commercial vehicle market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel frequently throughout the UK.
