Located in the heart of Chelmsford, our state-of-the-art sports centre offers a wide range of fitness facilities and services to cater to the needs of our members.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team of professionals. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members, including personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and group exercise classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for members
  • Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on exercise routines
  • Lead group exercise classes, including aerobics, strength training, and flexibility exercises
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Work collaboratively with other fitness professionals to ensure a seamless member experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 diploma in Personal Training or equivalent qualification
  • Group Exercise Class qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
