About the Role:

ARU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at The Old Factory gym in Chelmsford. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to students, staff, and members of the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver fitness classes and sessions to a diverse range of customers
  • Provide personalized fitness coaching and guidance to members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fitness programs and services
  • Work collaboratively with the Estates & Facilities team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of fitness activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
  • Range of GCSEs
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a gym environment
  • Previous success in customer-focused roles and working as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills, competent IT skills, and rigorous attention to detail
