Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Angus Lift Trucks. As a key member of our Materials Handling department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults with machinery, including forklifts, to ensure they are in full working order.
  • Service and maintain customer and company-owned machines to the highest standards.
  • Work independently on customer sites, prioritizing safety and adhering to company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Technical background in Materials Handling or a related field.
  • Experience working on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
