We are seeking a skilled Category Development & Scale Sr Analyst to refine our category management strategy for new products across Northern Europe and Europe & Pacific Developed Markets. In this role, you will champion innovation within our Culinary Tomato Platform, fostering collaboration among business units and key retail partners to craft long-term strategies that emphasize category vision and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review sales data and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats, translating market data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Clearly communicate category strategies and performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop innovation tracking best practices, establishing clear targets and key performance indicators for product categories.
  • Work closely with local category & sales teams to support category growth and gather feedback and insights to refine category strategies to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of meaningful work experience in a commercial setting; consulting, business analyses, sales, marketing, category or trade marketing.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Highly proficient in English; a second European Language is helpful (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).
  • Familiar with IRI, Kantar, Euro-monitor, and retailer data systems, for example, Dunhumby.
