Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at HSH Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services systems, including mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with building services systems, and implement corrective actions to prevent future problems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering and facilities, to ensure seamless communication and optimum operating performance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Trade certification or NVQ level Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a similar environment.
  • Skills: Good understanding of building services and relevant rules and regulations, ability to communicate effectively, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts based on operational needs.
