Job Summary

Drexel University is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support its Promise Neighborhoods Initiative. This role will involve reporting, performance measurement, grant administration, and compliance, as well as team operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and success of activities and partnerships in coordination with content area managers.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Develop and implement processes for bi-annual federal reports and quarterly partner check-ins.
  • Manage strategic planning and priorities for meetings with contracted and community partners.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Data & Research Core and Implementation team.
  • Assist the Communications Specialist with creating and maintaining relevant communication and media.
  • Create strategic plans for Project Management Team and Community Advisory Council meetings.
  • Support community outreach events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Public sector or community work experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and community members.
  • Experience working in majority black and low-income communities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Basecamp.
  • Able to attend some evening and Saturday meetings and events.
