About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bordereaux Reporting Specialist to join our team at Corin Underwriting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Manage the end-to-end bordereaux process, ensuring accurate validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting at all stages.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to all bordereaux-related queries and exception reporting in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce periodic management information for senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring it is accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve processes and management information, ensuring compliance with company policy, customer service standards, and external regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders and clients, utilizing various communication channels to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in delegated underwriting procedures, bordereaux management, and DUA operations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Innovative mindset, passion for problem-solving, and drive to continuously improve. Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
