Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end validation, payment, and mapping process for the business, ensuring effective management and continuous innovation. They will also provide management information to influence business decisions and build relationships with key stakeholders to support business continuity and service levels.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent industry and technical knowledge in bordereaux management, regulation, and compliance. They will also demonstrate key attributes such as communication, organisation, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.

Team Expectations

The candidate will be expected to adhere to and reinforce company and departmental values, delivering departmental KPIs and SLAs. They will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to deliver accurate reports and dashboards, facilitating improved business decisions.
