Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our Application Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training, design, and development of products, solutions, and systems, as well as co-creation with customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to personnel/cross-functional teams supporting the assigned project.
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Travel globally up to 25%.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 plus years of engineering experience in aerospace, transportation, medical, power, renewable energy, oil & gas, or other technical industry.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience with additive manufacturing technologies and design for additive.
  • Strong working knowledge of one or more CAD systems.
  • Experience with mechanical and thermal simulation tools.
  • Non-traditional thinkers and the ability to provide a non-traditional approach to mechanical design.
  • Capability to work in a broad range of work from conceptual to detailed design.
