Job Summary

Talent is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of digital transformation programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex programmes, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple programmes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, programme sponsors, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to programme and project managers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive programme success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with experience in Agile and other methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on business value and outcomes.
  • Education to degree level (Level 6) or equivalent.
