**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Site Director to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical research site, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, including conducting annual performance evaluations and identifying training and development needs
* Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies at the site level
* Participate in patient recruitment strategy discussions to optimize local site recruitment
* Maximize clinic utilization and ensure financial processes are followed as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures
* Collaborate with senior management to develop organizational strategy

**Requirements**

* Considerable proven experience in clinical research
* Previous line management experience
* Clinical/Research background, such as Nursing/Medical/Research Coordinator
* Ability to demonstrate authority and maturity in discussions with medical professionals, sponsors, staff, and senior management
* Excellent managerial skills, including problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
