Key Responsibilities:
In the capacity of Administrative Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the Commercial team, assisting with various administrative functions essential for contract management.
Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Providing support to the Commercial and Finance teams in their daily operations
- Engaging with other contract teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Overseeing general contract administration tasks
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
