MPI Limited is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to enhance our dynamic engineering division.
Role Overview
- Support the overall Engineering Division.
- Proactively meet all client expectations and requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with Contractors and Clients, promptly addressing any potential concerns to Senior Consultants.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants on various matters, ensuring that any issues or potential challenges are communicated effectively.
- Organize and oversee work to fulfill labor requirements efficiently and in accordance with established processes and client specifications for assigned accounts.
- Before work initiation, confirm that all Operatives possess the necessary competencies, equipment, and documentation.
- Engage with clients as needed, including customer service interactions and weekly sales outreach.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Director to guarantee that the team is adequately staffed at all times.
- Facilitate RDB Placements (contracts) and adjustments (memos) on a weekly basis.
- Work alongside the Recruitment Administrator for inquiries, onboarding, PPE, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Credit Control departments regarding timesheet inquiries and new client verifications.
- Ensure that all spreadsheets are accurately maintained and accessible, including KPI metrics.
- Keep pay and charge rates current on RDB.
- Maintain the central database with updated information and classifications for candidates.
- Advertise new positions across various platforms.
- Ensure that filing systems are kept current.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment setting.
- Background in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
