As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a robust resource planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a resourcing strategy to meet the needs of the business, ensuring a proactive and robust resource planning process.
- Work closely with the HR team to design and deliver a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan, ensuring delivery against the company's people strategy.
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide an employee hiring forecast across the operating unit/enterprise.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and suggest strategies and process improvements to address these.
- Ensure resourcing forecasts, workforce skills, and gap analysis are accurate and communicated with a clear workforce planning policy/process.
- Reduce exposure to risk associated with recruitment/redeployment.
- Inform key stakeholders, including leadership development, bid teams, HRBPs, and D&I, by providing data on mapped-out gaps for succession planning/available skills training requirements.
- Proven delivery in the key areas of Recruitment, resource forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role, with broad knowledge of recruitment and the latest recruitment developments.
- Proven track record in project management and delivering projects successfully.
- Experience of working with reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and present it effectively.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of managing and building inclusive and effective teams.
