About the Role

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join its Recruitment Team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a robust resource planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a resourcing strategy to meet the needs of the business, ensuring a proactive and robust resource planning process.
  • Work closely with the HR team to design and deliver a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan, ensuring delivery against the company's people strategy.
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide an employee hiring forecast across the operating unit/enterprise.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and suggest strategies and process improvements to address these.
  • Ensure resourcing forecasts, workforce skills, and gap analysis are accurate and communicated with a clear workforce planning policy/process.
  • Reduce exposure to risk associated with recruitment/redeployment.
  • Inform key stakeholders, including leadership development, bid teams, HRBPs, and D&I, by providing data on mapped-out gaps for succession planning/available skills training requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven delivery in the key areas of Recruitment, resource forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role, with broad knowledge of recruitment and the latest recruitment developments.
  • Proven track record in project management and delivering projects successfully.
  • Experience of working with reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and present it effectively.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of managing and building inclusive and effective teams.
