About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager to join our team at BWP. As a key member of our Experiential team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality experiential marketing campaigns that engage and excite our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver small-scale experiential marketing campaigns from end-to-end, with minimal input from senior team members.
  • Support our Experiential Account Director with large-scale campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and PR, to deliver innovative and effective experiential marketing activations.
  • Manage supplier and logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the retail, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, with experience delivering activations in these areas.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
