About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Experiential Marketing Account Manager to join our team at BWP, a leading destination marketing agency. As an Experiential Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering seamless project delivery and implementation of insight-driven, creative experiential activations that engage and excite clients and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign project management – ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of activations is to a high standard.
  • Supplier and logistics management - maintaining our database of potential suppliers; researching, negotiating terms and costs, quoting, purchasing and booking everything needed to deliver our activations
  • Pre-event campaign delivery - working closely with internal marketing, creative and PR teams, as well as external suppliers, to find new ways to engage the target audience then develop and produce experiential marketing activations per the agreed strategic direction.
  • On the day campaign delivery – being a calm and supportive presence on activation day(s), training and working closely with external promotional staff and talent, to ensure the smooth running of activities and events.
  • Client management – being a key point of contact for your client, managing their expectations (rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests) and building strong, productive relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful activations and events.
  • Hands-on experience of experiential marketing and has been taking the lead on small scale activations and events for clients.
  • Capable of producing client-worthy work with little or no amends from an Account Director.
  • Not afraid to challenge clients or briefs, and enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things.
  • Focused on delivering razor-sharp results and tangible outcomes, and making a positive impact on our clients, colleagues and the wider community.
  • Wholeheartedly loves Experiential Marketing, and works hard to deliver results and is enthusiastic about creating an environment where you, and your colleagues, thrive.
  • Fun, friendly and driven to use your heart as well as your head.
