Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Property Managers and contributing to the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Process and manage purchase orders, credit notes, and rent collection.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Managers, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and maintain accurate records of expenditure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in leasehold block management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
