Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Administrator to join our team at Layka Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a mature attitude. They will be responsible for organizing material testing, non-destructive testing, and obtaining certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize material testing and non-destructive testing of materials
  • Obtain certification for materials
  • Quality control products to original drawings or patterns
  • Identify and approve alternative and superseded parts
  • Provide technical support to customers and liaison with suppliers and staff
  • Ensure adherence to product liability issues
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, promptly, and on a consistent basis
  • Pick parts to make kits or for identification purposes
  • Help to achieve industry-leading standards of process, efficiency, and cost control

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mature attitude and confidence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
