Purchase Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Administrator to join our team at Layka Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a mature attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize material testing and certification processes
  • Ensure quality control of products to original drawings or patterns
  • Identify and approve alternative and superseded parts with factory and in-house assistance
  • Provide technical support to customers and liaison with suppliers and staff
  • Ensure adherence to product liability issues
  • Complete tasks safely, promptly, and consistently
  • Pick parts for kits or identification purposes from main stock
  • Help achieve industry-leading standards of process, efficiency, and cost control
  • Check and unpack parts, reporting damage, shortage, and repack
  • Identify existing stock for alternative part use

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mature attitude and confidence in communication with global suppliers
