Job Title: Refuse Drivers - HGV Class 2 with CPC & Digi Tacho

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to join our team on a temporary basis to support our permanent team at the Weymouth Depot. As a refuse driver, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HGV vehicles to collect and transport waste to designated disposal sites
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Responsible for the security and safety of the vehicle and its contents
  • Assist loaders with collecting and recycling waste when not driving
  • Liaise with the public in a professional and helpful manner
  • Comply with Health and Safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence
  • Completed CPC card
  • Digi-Tacho card
  • Passport or birth certificate with National Insurance number proof
