Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Primark in Braintree. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store is clean and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
