Position: Care Support Worker - Flexible Shifts

Competitive pay: £12.60 (day shifts) - £12.85 (night shifts) per hour, plus additional benefits

Average of 18 hours per week, with potential for extra hours

This role can be paired with another position within Norse Group to create a full-time opportunity, totaling 37 hours per week.

A typical day includes:

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist clients with personal care and support tasks, empowering them to make informed decisions while promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their personalized care plans.

Collaborating with a team, you will foster strong relationships with both colleagues and clients, engaging in wellbeing activities and helping to maintain a safe and stimulating environment.

You will respond promptly to calls for assistance and emergencies, coordinating with healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
