About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Housing Officer to join our team at Advance. As a Regional Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective tenancy and resident management in line with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and changes
  • Managing all safeguarding and complex cases, ensuring legislation is followed and internal policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Maximizing income through managing rent accounts for your patch area
  • Managing void properties within your patch area, ensuring they are let and assisting the business with maximizing rental income
  • Developing, building, and maintaining relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of housing services
  • Playing a key role in helping our tenants maintain their tenancy
Requirements
  • An excellent communicator
  • Able to build excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office
  • Highly competent with Open Housing or a similar database
