Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acute Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Acute Medicine department, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring best practice in patient care.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior medical staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing 24/7 cover for Acute Medicine services.
Requirements
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Experience in Acute Medicine, with a strong understanding of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior medical staff.
