Export Shipping Coordinator Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Right Now Group. As an Export Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate export documentation from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
* Monitor and manage the mailbox, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Arrange bookings for shipments with airlines and collections on dedicated movements
* Inform customers of shipping updates and provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of export operations

**Requirements**

* Minimum of three years' experience in freight forwarding
* Strong knowledge of export documentation and regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £33,000 - £34,000 per annum
* £4,000 shift allowance
* 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern
