Job Title: Contracts Manager

Upfront Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Norfolk. As a key member of the civil engineering and groundworks team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish.

About the Role:

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in civil engineering, particularly in areas such as utilities and gas works. Permits to Work, Health and Safety, and other relevant skills are essential.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £50,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.
